Midcoast Retreat - 12/2

In our daylong Retreats we will settle into the particular moment of the season, and connect deeper to ourselves, the water, and the like-minded community of this wonderful practice. We love these retreats, because they give us a full day to deepen, explore nuances, layers, and connection to self and others. Just as stepping into the water slowly gives our nervous system a chance to process a big experience, these daylong retreats give us a chance to process the many layers and connections to cold water.

What to expect:

• Guided Dip where we will provide more guidance and info about acclimation as the water cools and how to develop your coldwater practice in order to dip successfully through the winter! We’ll share our best dip tips, tricks, and preparations we don’t usually have time to discuss at the larger community dips.
• We’ll offer creative prompts such as memory writing or large-scale collective painting to explore connection to self within the container of community. 
• Coffee and tea! Oysters!
• Small group mermaid magic
