  • Two Maine Mermaids is not a 501(c)(3) organization.

  • Logo placement cannot be guaranteed for sponsor commitments received after February 16, 2026.

  • We reserve the right to substitute benefits of equal or greater value in extenuating circumstances

  • If the event is cancelled due to weather we will work with sponsors to transfer their benefits.
