Our May Water Women Retreat is where the cool embrace of the water meets the warmth of camaraderie and self-discovery. At our retreat, you'll experience a guided dip, where we share invaluable insights on acclimation and coldwater practice, ensuring a refreshing and invigorating experience. Delve into creative prompts that spark introspection and self-expression, whether through memory writing or collaborative painting, all within the supportive embrace of our small group.

Join us for a day filled with mermaid magic, where creativity flourishes, connections deepen, and bodies are celebrated. This event is inclusive of all cis and trans women, as well as non-binary individuals comfortable in a space centered around the experiences of women. Come, dive in, and let the waters of inspiration wash over you.
 

What to expect:

🌊 DIP: Guided Dip where we will provide guidance and info about acclimation, embodiment tips, our best tricks, preparations, and self care habits we don’t usually have time to discuss at the larger community dips. Great for new & seasoned dippers!

🌈 CREATE: We’ll offer creative {no pressure} prompts such as memory writing, painting, or visioning to explore connection to self within the container of community.

🦪 SHUCK: Local oysters for eating or paired with an optional learn-to-shuck sesh!

🥐 FOOD: We'll provide delicious treats, coffee, and tea. As well as the base for a delicious communal salad with chicken & falafel add-in's. We ask that you bring your favorite salad topping and a little something to share with the group!

🧜‍♀️ MER-MAGIC: We've always got a little something up our mermaid sleeves...er, scales! to enjoy with this small group of your future best dip friends!
